We allow our VLO Loan Agents to earn 100% minus a small administration fee, on their commission with each loan that they bring to us that funds. This feature benefits the customer because the overhead is minimal and the commission structure so high our loan officers can offer you, the customer, the lowest rates at extremely competitive pricing.
Every agent that works for Lending Center Direct, Inc. is a licensed agent and has been in the business for at least 3 years minimum, so their vast knowledge of lender guidelines, restrictions, and rates will allow them place and price even the most difficult loan scenario.

We offer a number of different loan options, including the traditional 30yr fixed now with 40 and 50 year amortizations available for the lowest payments on a long term fixed product.
Our "Band-Aid" loan or 2 or 3 year fixed (2/28 and 3/27) will give the customer with a low credit score the opportunity to repair their credit and in a couple of years, get into a solid program that will suit their needs for the future.
For our short term investors <5yrs we will advise the option arm program. This will give you an 2 extra outs every month when your mortgage payment comes due
