You are virtual.
Your office is wherever you are: Hawaii, Indo, Las Vegas, Orange County, Florida, in your car.
As long as you have a laptop, a DRE License, an internet connection , and a cell phone you can do business virtually, and you will be rewarded with all the commission you make on each deal that funds. This commission scale will allow you to really give the client a competitive rate and reasonable fees. |
